Job Overview:

Position Purpose:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration and processing of social grant applications.
- Provide support in the management of case files and social security records.
- Help with data entry and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiaries.
- Conduct outreach activities to educate the public on available social security programs.
- Assist in responding to public queries and providing information about SASSA services.

- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
Education:
- A relevant qualification at National Diploma or Degree level in fields such as Social Work, Public Administration, Sociology, Human Resource Management, or other related disciplines.
- Recent graduates or candidates who are currently in their final year of study are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- No prior work experience is required, although any volunteer work or community service related to social development or public services will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
