Job Overview
iStore is excited to announce its Graduate Internship Programs for 2024/2025. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the technology retail sector. Interns will be immersed in various aspects of our operations, from customer service to business strategy.
Position Purpose
The purpose of the iStore Graduate Internship Program is to develop the next generation of technology and retail professionals by offering hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. Interns will work closely with experienced teams to support ongoing projects and contribute to the success of our stores.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations including customer service, inventory management, and sales support.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
- Support the team with business analysis, reporting, and project management tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store processes and customer experience.
Education Requirements
- Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- No prior work experience is required; however, experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Skills Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for technology and retail.
