Position Purpose:

The internship program is designed to equip participants with practical experience and professional skills in the energy and water sectors. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting key initiatives and gaining exposure to the sector’s operations and challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks across various departments.
  • Support the development and implementation of projects and training programs.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on relevant topics.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Provide support in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Education Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Administration, Business Management, etc.).
  • Relevant academic coursework related to the energy and water sectors.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous internship experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Relevant academic projects, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities will be considered.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
