Job Overview
The Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) is offering an exciting Internship Graduate Programme for 2024. This programme is designed to provide graduates with the opportunity to gain practical work experience and to develop skills in a real-world setting. Interns will be placed in various departments within the DPSA and will be mentored by experienced professionals.
Job Roles
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support departmental projects and initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate and manage departmental projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Client Services: Provide support and assistance to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, and other documents.
Education Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- No prior work experience is required. However, any relevant experience through internships, volunteer work, or part-time jobs will be considered an advantage.
