Job Overview
The Department of Agriculture Internship is inviting applications for its Internship Trainee Programme for the year 2024. Position Purpose
The purpose of the Department of Agriculture Internship Trainee Programme is to develop the skills and knowledge of young graduates by providing them with practical experience in agriculture-related fields. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with agricultural research and data collection.
- Support the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives.

- Contribute to the development and dissemination of agricultural extension materials.
- Assist with the planning and execution of agricultural events and workshops.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the Department of Agriculture.

Education Requirements
- Recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science, Animal Science, Plant Science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- No formal work experience is required; however, previous involvement in agricultural activities, internships, or volunteer work will be advantageous.
Skills Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
