Job Description:

We are offering an exciting 12-month internship opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in the field of Corporate Education and Voluntary Compliance. This position is designed to help you develop your skills while supporting the company’s initiatives related to digital communication, media studies, public relations, and compliance education. As an intern, you will work closely with our corporate education team and gain hands-on experience that will boost your professional career in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Digital Communication: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of digital communication materials related to corporate education and compliance.
  • Media Outreach: Contribute to media engagement efforts, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining media databases.
  • Compliance Documentation: Help in the preparation and review of compliance reports and documents to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Public Relations Support: Assist in managing internal and external communication channels, including social media platforms, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on voluntary compliance trends and digital communication best practices to support ongoing projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Corporate Education team on various compliance and educational initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for the Corporate Education and Voluntary Compliance Intern position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields:
    • Digital Communication
    • Media Studies
    • Communications
    • Journalism
    • Public Relations

Experience:

  • Required: No prior work experience is necessary; this internship is open to unemployed graduates who have not yet gained work experience related to their area of study.
  • Advantageous: Any prior exposure to media, communications, or compliance-related tasks during internships or academic projects would be a plus but is not essential.

Skills and Competencies:

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to create clear and engaging content.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in documentation and media content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
