EnviroServ Internship is pleased to announce the launch of our Internship Opportunities Program for 2024/2025. This program offers recent graduates a unique chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in the environmental management and waste services industry. Position Purpose
The purpose of the EnviroServ Internship Program is to provide graduates with practical experience and industry exposure in environmental management. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application, fostering the development of skilled professionals who are prepared to meet the challenges of the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department
- Participate in environmental management projects and initiatives
- Conduct research and data analysis to support project needs
- Support team members with various tasks and assignments
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on assigned projects
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas and feedback
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities and projects
- Collaborate with other interns and departments to achieve common goals
Education Requirements
- Recently graduated or final-year student in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)
- Degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical institution
Experience Requirements
- No prior work experience required
- Previous internships or part-time work in a related field is advantageous
Skills Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
