Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in real-world projects across different departments, including Software Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Consulting, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions.
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement through technology.
- Contribute to the development of software applications, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Support the implementation of data analytics and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Engage with mentors and industry experts to gain insights into IBM’s business and technology strategies.
- Uphold IBM’s values of innovation, integrity, and customer focus in all tasks and interactions.
Education
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A strong academic record with a focus on relevant coursework and projects.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required, though internships, part-time jobs, or personal projects related to technology, data analysis, software development, or consulting will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, SQL) or data analytics tools (e.g., R, SAS, Tableau) will be beneficial.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, AI technologies, or cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
