Position Purpose:

Education:

- A strong academic record with relevant coursework or research experience.
Experience:
- Previous internships or work experience in the mining industry or related fields is advantageous but not required.
- Relevant academic projects or volunteer work related to mining, engineering, or business operations are beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
