Responsibilities

As a Graduate Intern at TotalEnergies South Africa, your responsibilities will include:

  • Department Exposure: Work within your department, contributing to the core activities and projects, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates.
  • Skill Development: Participate in training programs, workshops, and projects that will enhance your technical and professional skills.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key business initiatives.
  • Research & Reporting: Assist in research, data analysis, and the preparation of reports to support decision-making processes within your department.
  • Problem Solving: Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the Graduate Internship Program at TotalEnergies, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Recent graduates or students who have completed or are completing their Bachelor’s Degree or Honours Degree in one of the following fields:
      • Engineering Technology (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering)
      • Applied Chemistry (BSc)
      • Statistical Sciences / Mathematical Sciences / Analytics (BSc)
      • Computer Science and Mathematics (BSc), with a Postgraduate Qualification in Data Analytics
      • Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport Management)
      • Environmental and Geographical Science (BSc)
      • Law (LLB)
      • Governance (Compliance) (BA in Governance)
      • Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (BComm/Social Sciences)
      • Social Work (BSc in Social Work)

Experience

  • No prior work experience is required for this graduate program. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates or those who are completing their final year of study.
