Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and administrative support within assigned departments.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, providing input and support as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide support for event planning and coordination activities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program. Fields of study may include but are not limited to Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.

Experience:

  • Previous internship or work experience in a professional setting is advantageous but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
