Education:

  • Current students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in International Development, Political Science, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in development issues and international cooperation.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Relevant experience through academic projects, internships, or volunteer work in development, research, or public administration will be considered advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of international development and humanitarian principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and contributing to tasks.
